The debate is long over, fashion is art, and Leif Ilvedson is here to prove it. His paintings incorporate the inspired gowns of Hood River fashion designer, Jennifer Thomas. Solacial Rains depicts a lone woman standing outside in the rain under an umbrella dressed to kill. Her lips are the only facial feature we see, a cigarette is held between her long fingers. Leif Ilvedson, an electrical Engineer by trade, currently lives and works in Mosier, Oregon. He was born in Montana in1976 and raised in the country with his sister and twin brother.
